3 Steps to a Gift Voucher

Enter the information

Click on the “Order a gift voucher” button, enter your information (name, address and e-mail), choose the delivery method – by registered mail (+ €3) or in electronic form (PDF), which you can print at home.

Pay the proforma invoice

After we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail with a proforma invoice. You can pay via electronic banking, at the bank or via Paypal – in the latter case, click on the link.

Gift an experience

As soon as we receive the confirmation of payment (send it to the e-mail: info@escape-room.si), we will take the gift certificate in a personal gift sleeve to the post office (postage + €3) or send it to you by e-mail. You can also pick up the gift certificate at our locations, just call us first.

I received a voucher - how do I book an appointment?

The gift voucher contains a unique code with which the person who receives the gift can book an appointment via our website – simply: choose the desired room, choose the appointment, enter the name and email and enter the code from the voucher. With this, the appointment is reserved, the recipient receives confirmation of the reservation immediately by email – he only needs to gather the team (the gift voucher is valid for a team of 2-4 people)

The validity period of the gift voucher is at least 6 months from the date of issue of the voucher.

With a gift voucher with a unique code, the recipient can easily book an appointment for any “escape room” game by Enigmarium® or outdoor adventure game by Unlock® by Enigmarium in Slovenia via the website or by phone. To experience UNLOCK Bled, an additional payment is required as per the price list https://bled.escape-room.si/#cenik.
Of course, invite your friends along for the adventure, as the voucher is valid for a team of 2-4 players*! (*additional players can participate in the game for an additional fee).

Write to us by e-mail, write that you want to receive a PDF – we will send you a proforma invoice, send us a confirmation of payment (the fastest way is through Paypal – click on the link) and we will send you a voucher in PDF format, we will do our best, that this will be as soon as possible, within 24 hours at the latest.

In this case, it is easiest to book the appointment in our booking system on the website, and pay via PayPal or Credit Card – the appointment is now reserved. Yes, you can also pick up the gift certificate in person at our reception on site and pay with cash or credit card, but we ask that you make sure to let us know beforehand. These days, our game moderators are quite busy, as the groups line up without any free slots in between, while we moderators keep a close eye on the game. Therefore, call us first on 031 33 44 88 or write to us by e-mail: info@escape-room.si so that we can prepare your unique code on the gift voucher and the invoice in advance.
